Help & Reports
Have an idea or spotted a bug? Let us know below. If you need to report a player or share something private, please read the private-report notice first.
What to expect after you submit
Use the general form for ideas, everyday questions, and bugs that are safe to discuss in a community forum. We will show a receipt only when delivery is confirmed. It does not mean one of us has started reviewing it yet.
Try to include the affected page, feature, or situation, plus any usernames that matter. Clear details help the owners understand the issue when they have time to review.
General feedback goes to the relevant community feedback destination and may appear in a Discord forum. Please do not include personal information, account details, exploit instructions, or private reports about other players.
Private reports: temporarily unavailable
Private reports are not available through the website yet. Before we open them, we need to check that they reach the right people and stay private. This includes rule violations, personal abuse or safety concerns, security problems or exploits, and appeals. We do not have another verified private route to list here yet. Please keep these out of the general form below and do not post sensitive evidence publicly.
Prepare a short description, involved usernames or IDs, approximate date and time with an explicit timezone, dimension and coordinates when relevant, available evidence or message references, and one usable contact identifier. A Minecraft username or Discord identifier is enough; both accounts are not required. Safety reports need no rule number, coordinates, version details, or perfect evidence.
One appeal per decision should identify a factual mistake, relevant new evidence, or a misapplied rule. Keep new information with the same case when private reporting becomes available.
Use platform blocking and reporting tools for immediate personal control. For immediate real-world danger, contact appropriate emergency services; server reports are not continuously monitored.
Ideas, everyday help & bugs
Beauty in Blocks is run by exactly two owners in their spare time. Review or resolution may take days or weeks, sometimes longer. No turnaround, investigation, fix, recovery, or outcome is guaranteed. Being online does not mean an owner is available for support. Marking a report as urgent or sending duplicates does not guarantee faster review.
Please include at least one username so staff can follow up.
